Track an order

Use the order-status link in your Shopify confirmation email. If tracking information is available, it will appear there. You can also contact us with your order number.

Need to change an address or cancel?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the details you want to change. We will check whether your order can still be updated.

Received a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Our support team will review the issue and explain the next steps.
